1. The Terms of Service will apply no matter what platform you contact the artist on. 

2. All commissioned pieces are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

3. All prices are in USD, and the transaction will occur through Venmo (highly preferred) or Paypal invoice.​​

4. You cannot trace, edit, modify, or otherwise distort the the commissioned piece in any way, shape, or form, including removing, blocking, or erasing the artist's signature and/or watermark.

5. An unwatermarked version of the final piece will be sent in a full sized digital file to the commissioner. There is no physical copy or shipment of the final product.

6. The final digital piece will be sent to you as either .png or .jpeg. No .psd files will be sent.​

7. The artist has the right to decline any commissioner and their commission without disclosing the reason.

8. The artist requests that the full amount of the commission to be paid before beginning the commissioner's piece. The artist will contact you with details for the payment.

9. Refunds are only allowed if:​

   1. The artist issues the refund due to reasons on their side.

   2. Three months has elapsed since the commissioner has paid and has not received any updates.

10. No expedited commission services are available unless explicitly advertised.

11. All artwork, unless explicitly stated by the commissioner not to, may be used for portfolio purposes and/or uploaded publicly. These will all be watermarked.

12. Please contact the artist if the commissioner has something that extends past the services listed.

13. By submitting a commission form you have read and agreed to the terms of service.
